    As you walk in you are first greeted warmly with the aroma of vintage guitar heaven then just as warmly by George who is as enthusiastic as you are at being around such gems.Handing me a c.£5k Gibson saying ‘you must try this’..knowing ,or not, whether I am able to buy it.
    If your lucky enough to meet Norm and hear about his journey with these guitars and amps and to hear about the stories behind them you will be amazed. The tale of the Kay (yes Kay) guitar that ZZtop signed IN the shop… is a must, along with the Tom Petty, Steven Stills Chuck Berry (and so on) memories.
    Don’t travel to London,spend your petrol money wisely and go here.Its more than a shop, its an experience.
    Did not know of this shop .
    We go to my daughters Caravan in Burge le Marsh almost every two weeks , travelling through Horncastle .
    A week ago , my daughter went on trip advisor and said ” dad , theres a guitar shop / museum in Horncastle “
    Well, the best one hour of my life !. ( I even saw my very first Guitar – a Watkins Rapier – that brought back some memories from the sixties ! )
    The place is packed with Vintage gear for sale , and the museum upstairs is BRILLIANT !
    Cannot recomend the place enough for any Musician ..
    Just wish I had spent more time there – but will go again – maybe the next weekend ?
    Norman Who owns the store is a ‘Rock n Roll’ star ….. He has preserved in the Museum up stairs Equipment that is so COOL it will leave one speechless ….. No entrance fee just give a donation to Charity …. IF you are a muso
