Delivery, Returns & Warranty
UK delivery only. Delivery is free on orders over £50, with a fixed £4.50 charge on orders below £50. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same working day wherever possible. Larger orders and instruments are normally sent using a tracked FedEx next-working-day service, while smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail or another suitable tracked service. Every instrument is checked before dispatch and set up where necessary. The customer is responsible for the safe return and return cost for change-of-mind purchases; alternatively, we can normally arrange a tracked collection and confirm the cost beforehand.
