The Surfliner has an offset solid poplar body, satin-finished maple neck and HSS pickup layout. Two DeArmond Aerosonic single coils are paired with a Guild LB-1 bridge humbucker, with an individual rocker switch for each pickup.

Description
This Guild Surfliner was crafted in Indonesia in 2022 and is finished in Sunset Orange, one of the three original launch colours.
The Surfliner is a straightforward, affordable Guild solid-body with an offset poplar body and a bolt-on maple neck. The satin-finished C-profile neck has a 25.5 inch scale length and maple fingerboard.
The HSS pickup arrangement consists of DeArmond Aerosonic single coils in the neck and middle positions, together with a Guild LB-1 humbucker at the bridge.
Each pickup has its own on-and-off rocker switch. This allows any individual pickup, any pair of pickups or all three pickups to be selected, providing seven possible combinations. The remaining controls are master volume and master tone.
The guitar is fitted with a fixed Guild tune-o-matic-style bridge and string-through-body construction.
This example has remained unsold since new. It has seen very little handling during its time in the showroom and presents in showroom-fresh condition.
All three pickup switches and both controls have been tested and work correctly.
The guitar weighs 3.4 kg.
