Larger orders and instruments are normally sent using a tracked FedEx next-working-day service, while smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail or another suitable tracked service. Every instrument is checked before dispatch and set up where necessary. If you change your mind about an online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and return it within the following 14 days. The customer is responsible for the safe return and return cost for change-of-mind purchases; alternatively, we can normally arrange a tracked collection and confirm the cost beforehand. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate solution and cover the reasonable return cost.
