The Stagg SBF-40 NAT Fusion Electric Bass Guitar is a 4-string bass from Stagg’s Fusion range, finished in Natural with an open-pore finish. It features a solid ash body, hard maple bolt-on neck and rosewood fingerboard, combining a straightforward bass design with a versatile pickup configuration.
Solid Ash Body
The SBF-40 NAT features a solid ash body finished in Natural open pore. The open-pore finish allows the natural appearance of the wood to remain an important part of the instrument’s visual design.
Hard Maple Neck and Rosewood Fingerboard
The bass has a hard maple bolt-on neck with an 867 mm / 34.2-inch scale length. The rosewood fingerboard has 24 frets, providing the playing surface for the four-string bass.
JB and MM Pickup Configuration

Delivery, Returns & Warranty
UK delivery only. Delivery is free on orders over £50, with a fixed £4.50 charge on orders below £50. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same working day wherever possible. Larger orders and instruments are normally sent using a tracked FedEx next-working-day service, while smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail or another suitable tracked service.
