Delivery, Returns & Warranty
UK delivery only. Delivery is free on orders over £50, with a fixed £4.50 charge on orders below £50. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same working day wherever possible. Larger orders and instruments are normally sent using a tracked FedEx next-working-day service, while smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail or another suitable tracked service. Every instrument is checked before dispatch and set up where necessary.
