This guitar has remained unsold since new and is offered as new old stock.

Description
This Gem of a Guild Bluesbird was made in Korea in 2022 as part of Guild’s Newark St. Collection.
The Bluesbird combines the traditional single-cut design with a chambered mahogany body and carved maple top. The chambered construction helps reduce the overall weight while retaining the feel, sustain and control layout expected from this style of guitar.
The mahogany neck is fitted with a bound rosewood fingerboard, block inlays and 22 frets. Cream binding around the body and neck contrasts neatly with the Black finish.
The big news is Guild spared no expense in making a bold choice and fitting the guitar with a Seymour Duncan SH-1 ’59 humbucker in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB humbucker at the bridge, so say no more about that, but expect some serious sound and buckets of classic tone for your money. The controls hold no surprises though and consist of the usual individual volume and tone controls for each pickup, together with a 3-position pickup selector.
The hardware finishes this beauty off to a treat with a TonePros bridge and stopbar tailpiece, Grover Sta-Tite open-gear tuners and Guild’s signature pickguard.
This guitar was made in the 2022 run and has been in stock since new, so has never been privately owned and remains in factory-fresh condition. It is therefore offered as new old stock.

Delivery, Returns & Warranty
