Yamaha RGX-820Z TDR 2002/03
£570.00
A distinctive early-2000s Yamaha RGX-820Z finished in Translucent Dark Red. This model combines Seymour Duncan ’59 and JB humbuckers with a bridge-mounted piezo system, allowing conventional electric tones to be blended with a more acoustic-style sound.
It also features separate passive magnetic and active magnetic/piezo outputs, Sperzel locking tuners, a 25.5″ scale maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and Yamaha’s piezo-loaded tremolo bridge. A versatile and rather unusual Yamaha from the 2002/03 period.

Stereo outputs with 9V Active/Passive Piezo electronics that can be blended in with the original pickup signal. This particular Yamaha RGX-820Z TDR 2002/03 guitar is in really great shape, the knobs and bridge show a bit of pitting and corrosion, and the fretboard seems to have shrunken a bit causing a few of the frets to jump out a bit on the sides of the neck. But aside from that it plays great and sounds fantastic.
