The Stagg L Series SEL-STD Black 2023 Electric Guitar combines a classic single-cut electric guitar design with a mahogany body and set-in mahogany neck. Finished in Black, the SEL-STD features a rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets and two ceramic humbucker pickups.
The guitar also provides a versatile control layout with two volume controls featuring push/pull functionality, two tone controls and a three-position pickup selector.
Classic Single-Cut Design
The Stagg SEL-STD Black features a single-cutaway design with a gloss black finish, cream pickguard and cream-coloured binding around the body and neck. Gold-capped control knobs provide a contrasting detail against the black finish.
The combination gives the guitar a distinctive appearance while retaining the familiar layout associated with this style of electric guitar.
Mahogany Body and Neck
The SEL-STD Black has a mahogany body and set-in mahogany neck, paired with a rosewood fingerboard. The fingerboard features white pearloid rectangular inlays and 22 frets.
The scale length is 628 mm / 24.72 inches, with a stated fingerboard radius of 406 mm / 16 inches.
Twin Ceramic Humbuckers
The guitar is fitted with two B&W Zebra-style ceramic humbuckers, providing neck and bridge pickup positions. A three-position toggle switch allows selection between the available pickup settings.
